Valley Community Services Board set out to shine a light on a topic that often goes unspoken: problem gambling. The initiative was built to raise awareness of the issue and connect people across Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County, and Highland County with the support services available to them.

To reach both digital and community audiences, the campaign brought together targeted social media ads on Facebook and Instagram with billboard placements in high traffic areas throughout the region. Messaging was designed to be direct and compassionate, helping people recognize the signs of problem gambling while pointing them toward real resources like the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline and online chat support, making it as easy as possible to take that first step.
